Since 1986 EMKO ELEKTRONIK A.S. has been engaged in the design, manufacture and marketing of Measurement and Control Instruments, Temperature Sensors and Generator Set Controllers , as well as in providing the relevant before and after sales technical service. Giving the utmost importance to the customer-oriented approach and to product functionality and quality, we have carried out the design and manufacture of programmable multi-function process-control instruments, counters, time-relays, thermocouples and thermoresistances, control and protection generating systems; gen-set controls, automatic transfer switching, manual-keystarts.

Controllers & Indicators

ESM-xx20 series temperature controllers are designed for measuring and controlling the process temperature. They can be used in many applications with their TC and RTD temperature measurement input, Relay and SSR Driver control output, selectable alarm functions. They are mainly used in glass, plastic, petro-chemistry, textile, automotive and machine production industries. Accurate and advanced controlling is performed with selectable On/off, P, PI, PD, PID and Self Tune PID functions.

This type of controllers provides Proportional with Integral and Derivative control, or PID. Proportional controls are designed to eliminate the cycling associated with on-off control. proportional controller decreases the average power supplied to the heater as the temperature approaches setpoint. This has the effect of slowing down the heater so that it will not overshoot the setpoint, but will approach the setpoint and maintain a stable temperature. Two additional adjustments Integral (I) and Derivative (D) control added to proportional control helps the unit automatically compensate for changes in the system. It provides the most accurate and stable control. It is recommended in systems which have a relatively small mass, those which react quickly to changes in the energy, where load changes often. Our PID devices has Auto-tune facility.

ESM-xx50 series process controllers are designed for measuring and controlling temperature and any process value. They can be used in many applications with their universal process input (TC, RTD, mVdc, Vdc, mAdc), multifunction control outputs, selectable alarm functions, serial communication unit and input/output modules. 2 Input/Output Modules can be plugged in sockets on the device. The user can adapt the product as he needs. For example, 2 sensor input is also possible with this device. They are mainly used in glass, plastic, petro-chemistry, textile, automotive and machine production industries. Sensitive and developed controlling is done with its’ selectable On/off, P, PI, PD, PID, Auto-tune and Selftune PID properties.

In our ESM-xx50 series there are 5 types of controllers. The only difference is their sizes. Also, from product pages you can access detailed product manuals.

ESM-xx00(ESM-4400, ESM-4900, ESM-7700, ESM-9900 series) series process indicators are designed for measuring temperature and any process value. They can be used in many applications with their universal process input, alarm functions and serial communication unit. They are mainly used in glass, plastic, petro-chemistry, textile, automotive and machine production industries.

In our ESM-xx00 series there are 4 types of controllers. The only difference is their sizes.

However, ESM-3700 is basic and only single set process indicator.

You may prefer to use Viewer Data Logging Software with ESM-4400, ESM-4900, ESM-7700, ESM-9900 series of devices.
